He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Oskey and Gertrude Oskey (Decker); and his siblings, Herm Oskey and Dean Kuhlman. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Klingler; his daughters, Lorraine Gottke (Harold) of Paulding, OH and Diane Oskey of Paulding, OH; and his granddaughters, Heather Gottke, Elizabeth Zartman, Brittany Turner (Jacob) and Chelsea Hitchcock (Zach). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
