She was predeceased by: her fiancé Ronald Meeker; her parents, Janet Hook (Lehman) and Allen Hook, Sr.; and her sister Diana Lynn Hook. She is survived by: her siblings, Allen Hook, Jr. (Linda) of Antwerp, OH, Dawn McDougall (Ralph) of Leipsic, OH, Stacy Betzer (Jeff) of Cecil, OH and Kelly Jones (Dewayne Price) of Antwerp, OH. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 8 great nieces and nephews; 2 great-great nieces.
