He was predeceased by: his father Karl White. He is survived by: his girlfriend Monica Hogarth; his mother Bonnie English; his sister DiAnne; his former wife Brenda White; his stepchildren, Candy, Ally and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Jade, Zack, Brendon, Leland, Alexia, Sierra and Kinslee.
