He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Graves and Norma Graves (Marlow); his siblings, Tara Hodge, David and Duane Graves; and his stepsister Pamela Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jean Myers; his children, Chuck Graves (Elizabeth) of Stockbridge, MI, David Graves (Cassie) of Sellersburg, IN, Jeannie Stickney (Wil) and Van Wert; his sister Chauvonne Tolley (Sam); and his grandchildren, Charles Graves IV, Thomas Graves, Nicholas Graves, William Stickney, Normajean Stickney, William Graves, Piper Graves and Declan Graves.
