He was predeceased by: his father Charles Paisley; and his siblings, Ronald "Butch" Paisley, John Paisley, Alvin "Bud" Paisley and Shirley "Darlene" Paisley.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne (McGrath) of Paulding, OH; his children, Thomas Paisley (Deah) of Toledo, OH, Suzanna Hasch (James) of Paulding, OH and Lisa Paisley of Ashville, NC; his sisters, Audrey Labella of Pittsburgh, PA and Joan Nickols of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Jace, Ashlyn, Liam, Alexis, Taylor, Brianna and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Amyee, Emilie, Eythan, Hedeon, Everett, Lamar, Waverly, Isla, Verity and Oliver.
