He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Holtsberry and Alice Holtsberry (Miller); and his siblings, Russell "Jack" Holtsberry, John "Delmar" Holtsberry, Justus Holtsberry, JoAnn Holtsberry, Iona Dysinger and Deloris Yoh.
He is survived by: his wife Rae Bland; his children, Tim Holtsberry (Deb) of Defiance, OH, Jeff "Hoss" Holtsberry (Kathy) of Mark Center, OH, Stacy Krutsch (Steve) of Oakwood, OH and Jodi Kesler (Don) of Jacksonville, FL; and his brother Rodger Holtsberry (Rose) of Paulding, OH. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Den Herder Funeral Home (1000 W Wayne St, Paulding, OH 45879). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Topper's memory to the Paulding Church of the Nazarene or to CHP Hospice.
