She was predeceased by: her father Forrest Lemons; and her siblings, Roy, James, Nancy, Viola and Eleanor.
She is survived by: her husband Harold L. Clark; her children, Ben Clark (Bridget) of Ankney, IA, Phillip Clark of Kendallville, IN, Deborah Leach (Gordon) of Rosepine, LA and Phoebe Hays of Monroe, IN; and her brother Jerry Lemons (Vilinda) of Bryan, OH. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 3 step great grandchildren.
