She is survived by: her children, Wendell Monhollen (Angela), Treva Bashore of New Carlisle, OH, Vera Miller and Clara Pack (Randy); her siblings, David C. Vaughn (Peggy), John Vaughn, Calvin Vaughn (Charlotte), Violet Vaughn of Corbin, KY and Lauretta Warren of Corbin, KY; her grandchildren, Kris, Candace, Kylie, Tim, Eric, Kerri, Brad and Marie; and her great grandchildren, Kylia, Kaylena, Xavier, Janisha, Lexi, Libby, Carson, Amelia, Chase and Kaylynn.
