He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Stanley and Jemima Job Transeau Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Johnston of Arkansas; his stepchildren, Angeleke McElwain, James Wesley Watts, Jr., Sarah Ann Smathers and Stephanie Rose Diane Clemmens; and his siblings, Tom Stanley (Carolyn) of Patriot, Jack Stanley of Patriot, Margaret Avery of Pedro, Kathy Harrison of Crown City, Linda O'Dell (Joe) of Gallipolis and Mary Whealdon (David) of Patriot. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Those in attendance are asked to follow the CDC guidelines of practicing social distancing and are required to follow the Ohio mandate of wearing face masks.
