He is survived by: his wife Sue Woodyard Waugh; his children, Rachel Chambers, Jr. (Charles) and Jay Waugh (Brian) of Patriot; his grandchildren, Chloe Chambers and Caleb Chambers; his siblings, Judy Wolfe (Cliff) of Titusville, Florida, Charles Waugh of Crown City, James Waugh (Rose) of Crown City and Scott Bailey (Judy) of Gallipolis; and his friends, Yorkie and Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
