She is survived by: her husband Russell Bush; her daughters, Rhonda Jenkins of Gallipolis and Christina Hornsby (John) of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Danielle Nicole Jenkins, Robert Lee Cook, Elizabeth Dianne Robinson and Sean Thomas Hornsby; and her brother John Slater (Terri) of Jackson.
