He was predeceased by: his father Merrill Hively; his brother James Hively; and his nephew Chris Hively. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Price (Dennis); his grandchildren, Alex Haught (Kayla), Abigail Bricker (Joel), Jessica Gish (Harrison) and Michael Price (Trish); his brother Roger Pace (Clarice); and his nephew Brad Hively (Armanda). He is also survived by seven great nieces.
