She is survived by: her sister Faye McGlone of Ashland, Kentucky; her children, Jackie Hale (Brian), Gypsy Hammond (Steve), Karla Simpson, Janetta Fulk (Greg), Misty Seyford (Joseph), Tommy Simpson (Sabrina), Adam Simpson, Shane Reed, David Conley, Anthony Simpson (Renee), Merlin Conley (Sharon) and Charles Conley; and her daughter-in-law Melissa Conley. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
