Doris E. Evans Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2022, at the age of 89, Doris E. Evans of Patriot, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Faulkner and Lula Faulkner (Mossbarger); her husband David Evans; her children, Wanda Samsal, Jerry Evans, Derryl Evans and David Evans; and her siblings, Robert Faulkner and Lucille Mosier.

She is survived by: her children, Diana Evans, Robert Evans (Marcia) and Ronald Evans; and her son-in-law Homer Samsal. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was a former volunteer for the Jackson County RSVP Program and former member of Oak Hill Senior Citizens Club.
