We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 86, Clarence W. Waugh of Patriot, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Amel "Cooney" and Lyla Beaver Waugh; his wife Mary Lou Phillips Waugh; his granddaughter Kristen Swigle; and his siblings, Inez McGuire, Mary Lou Curry, John Lee Waugh, William Eugene Waugh, Amel Waugh and Harlan Bub Waugh.
He is survived by: his children, Dreama Marcum (Keith) of Vinton, Bonita Fleming (Kenneth) of Point Pleasant, Terry Waugh of Point Pleasant, Timothy Waugh (Joan) of Patriot, Roger Waugh of Patriot and Chris Waugh (Crystal) of Patriot; his stepchildren, Debbie Pugh of Jackson, George R. Lynch, Jr. of Bristolville and Mark A. Lynch of Bristolville; and his siblings, Beatrice "Bea" Johnson of Crown City, Fern Mooney of Gallipolis, Karen Brownell (Dean) of Gallipolis, Connie Johnson (Billy) of Crown City and Merrill Richard Waugh (Della) of Crown City. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
Those in attendance are asked to follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing and are required to follow the Ohio mandate of wearing face masks.
