She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Williams and Evelyn Allbright Williams; her son David Baker; and her brothers, Jack and Daniel Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest "Squirt" Baker; her children, Judy Lyall (Tony) and Keith Baker (Karla); her daughter-in-law Paula Baker; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Eric, Ryan, Sarah, Austin, Tony, Cato and Josh; her great grandchildren, Katie, Haley, Skylar, Logan, Kinley, Beckam, Benny, Aubrey, Madison, Trey, Mercedes, Kaysen, Hudson and Asher; her brother Justin Williams; her sisters-in-law, Pam, Patty and Velma; her daughters, Tami James and Roxanne Lyon; and her grandson Justin Patrick. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews family and friends.
Due to Covid-19 private family services will be held on Monday at Willis Funeral Home with her burial following in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.
