She is survived by: her husband Marvin Dennis Church of Patriot; her children, Dennis "Bub" Church, Zacariah Church and Holly Church; her grandchildren, Jacob Mullins and Kaylen Mullins; her sisters, Ellen Marie "Bibber" Baird of Gallipolis, Lynn Houck (Roger) of Springfield and Susan Christine Mullins of Gallipolis; and her aunts, Betty Jo Taylor (Jesse) of Crown City and Mary Ann North of Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
