He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shrigley and Mary Shrigley; and his siblings, Robert Shrigley, Norma Bailey (John) and Carolyn Cross (James).

He is survived by: his wife Marti Powell Shrigley; his children, Mark Curtis, Susan Elaine Ball (Brian) and Holly Lorraine Searls (Scott); his grandchildren, Cameron, Brady, Victoria, Alex, Brendon and Karrington; and his brother Carmie Shrigley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
