He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Puzines and Florence Puzines; and his sister Becky Renfro. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike, Terri and Shawn; his grandchildren, Tali Matias, Gabriel Matias, Nalani Matias, Sylas Thompson, Romeo Matias, Skylar Thompson, Kinsleigh Puzines and Elena Raymond; and his close friend Rita Raymond. He is also survived by 3 siblings, his children, and grandchildren.
