He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kinser and Manuella Kinser; his sister Phylis Foor; and his siblings-in-law, James Foor, Tom Miller, Robert Hammond, Mary Drumm and Ann Hammond.

He is survived by: his wife Lillian Kinser; his sons, Jerry Kinser (Sandy), Gary Kinser (Becky) and Rick Kinser (Linda); his grandchildren, Ryan Pick (Taylor), Symone Kinser (Collin Hauert), Matt Pick (Kari Sheyka), Tyler Kinser and Alex Kinser; his great grandchildren, Chloe Pick, Everlee Pick, Emma Hauert and Finn Hauert; his siblings, David Kinser (Sam) and Peggy Rader (Roger); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Miller (Judy), Lewis Miller (Cathy), Phil Drumm and Gloria Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family, friends.
