She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dennis and Ada Dennis (Starr); her husband Harold Tackett; her son Arthurs; and her sister Shirley Dennis.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Nicodemus; her daughter-in-law Viva Arthurs; her grandchildren, Sean, Kristin, Matthew, Erick and Kaitlin; and her siblings, Shelba and Howard. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
