Hook (Johnson); his siblings, Travis Hook and Torryn Hook (Ryan Fitzpatrick); his niece Luna Rae Fitzpatrick; his grandmother Sherry Johnson; and his brothers, Kyle Eck, Tyler Talmadge, Dalton Desmarais and Tim Mohr. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
