He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Miley and Laura Miley Sr. (Warnock). He is survived by: his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Miley; his son David Miley; his grandchildren, Grace Ann, Abbigale Irene and Henry Carlyle; his sister Beth Anne; his brother-in-law William Dunn; and his former wife Joy Miley. He is also survived by the mother of his children, and Cindy Kikeli, his best friend.
