He is survived by: his wife Margaret Caputo (Manning); his children, Dina Shaffer (Craig) of Pickerington, OH, Angela Waldhelm (Michael) of Tampa, FL, James Caputo of Winter Park, FL and Mark Caputo of Reynoldsburg, OH; his grandchildren, Britney, Rachel Waldhelm, Robbie and Marisa Shaffer; his aunt Louise Stoltz of Bradford; and his nieces, Kelly Gleason and Karen Strotman.
