He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Kathleen and Brian; his daughter-in-law Julie; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Jacob, Curt, Cindy Biggar, Justin and Calie Cook; his great grandchildren, Rory and Arie; his grandchildren, Christopher, Katelyn Biggar, Josh Biggar, Anna Groover, Devin Taitague, Jeremy and Jaysa Biggar; his great grandchild Jovie; his siblings, Danny Baker (Beth Ann), David Baker, Mary Coppess (Jack), Peggy DeWitt, Sallie White (Jim) and Bonnie Carter (Kenny); and his siblings-in-law, Greg Phelps (Rhonda), Pat Rath (Bob) and Connie Tuggle.
