She is survived by: her son WIlliam Matthew Cunningham of Pataskala; her grandchildren, Preston Webb of Coshocton and Isabelle Cunningham; and her brothers, Dale Gullett (Debbie) of Kirkersville and Jim Gullett (Susan) of Pataskala. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
