He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Perry and Maxine Perry (Adkins); and his wife Ruby. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Mortine (Mark) of Pataskala and Arlene Orr (Donald) of Newark, Ohio; his grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Timothy), Alyssa Walker (Andrew Skaggs), Alex Orr (Emilee) and Russell Orr (Mindy); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Grayson Smith, Hayden Crim, Lucas Skaggs, Remi, Rubi Orr and Ellie Orr; and his siblings, Rachel, Alfred and Elvin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, in-laws and friends.
