He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hicks; his children, Tom Hicks, Will Hicks (Laurel), Lynn Paulus of Florence, KY. and Lori Perkins (Earl); his grandchildren, Tim, Kelly, Philip, Adam, Brooke, Amy, Kyle, Cory, Nikki, Robbie and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Savannah, Peyton, Zoey, Aurora, Connor and Violetta.
