He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Foor and Martha Foor (Oldfield); his daughter Michelle Foor; his brother Harold Foor; and his nephew James Foor.
He is survived by: his close friend Patty Bitler; his daughters, Melinda Payne (Terry) and Melissa Baughman; his grandchildren, Linzey Payne, Cassandra Schrecengost (Gary), River Baughman (Hannah) and Brooklynn Baughman; his siblings, Jerry Foor (Donna) and Geneva Poff; and his friend Rylie Shaw. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care.
