She is survived by: her husband Billie Payne; her children, Deborah Johnson (James) of South Lebanon, Ohio, Donald Payne (Winnie) of Milford, Ohio, Dianna Sayre (Joseph) of Granville, Ohio and Des; and her brothers, Robert Smith (Lena) and David Smith. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
