She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse S. Warner and Sema Luella Warner (Hite); her brothers, Galen Warner and Arthur; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Warner.
She is survived by: her friend Jazz; her husband Ronald Charles Van Winkle; her daughter Tina McCurry (Bill) of Melbourne, Florida; her grandson Jacob Sims; her stepchildren, Amy Jo Van Winkle, Jud Van Winkle, Robyn Krouse (Charlie), Brian Penn and Tina Lephart; her sister Phyllis Welch of Granville; and her sister-in-law Barb Warner of Jersey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, masks must be worn inside the funeral home and please practice social distancing.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Outville Presbyterian Church or to Heartland Hospice.
