It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Kerns Sr. of Pataskala, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on May 18, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kerns and Marie Esther Kerns (Hall); his wife Rebecca Amelia Kerns (Neely); and his siblings, Barbara, Debra, Duane, Donna, Steve and Charlene.
He is survived by: his sons, Russell H. Kerns (Andrea) of Pataskala, Zachary B. Kerns of Columbus, David Oatney (Nicole) of White Pine and Lawrence "Dale" Kerns, Jr.; and his siblings, Paul Kerns of Lancaster, Jean Lepley (Jack) of Newark and Doris Jelenik of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
