She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Horn and Bertie Horn (Feasel); and her boyfriend Jim. She is survived by: her children, Carrie and Jeffery; her sisters, Linda (Brian) and Laurie (Paul); and her granddaughter Paige. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
