She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Twyman and Pearl Twyman (Dodrill); her former husband Clarence Thompson (Red); her sons, John Thompson (Butch) and Grady Brett Thompson; her spouse Misty Jones Thompson; her brother Ron Twyman; and her sister-in-law Joyce Twyman.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Thompson Reece, Bristol and Denver Reece; her granddaughters, Jennifer, Jody Thompson (John) and Debbie Thompson; her great grandchildren, Jaylyn, Zoey and Liam; her grandsons, Chance Thompson, Shane Heirling (Levi) and Grady Brett Thompson; her sister Cathy (Steve Elliot); her aunts, Wanda Regan and Betty Twyman; her cousin Opal Mays; and her sisters-in-law, Wanda Hager (Buster) and Frances Dobbins. She is also survived by many niece, nephews.
