She was predeceased by: her husband David L. Kolk; her daughter Patricia S. Coffey; and her siblings, Patricia and David. She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa "Tracy" Bowling (Chris) and Lisa Sheets (Larry); her grandchildren, Jessica, Kathryn, Ian, Amanda and Rebecca; and her brothers, Jim, Randy and Doug Morrison. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you contribute to Capital City Hospice in her name instead.
