She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Willard and Evelyn Willard; her husband Albert Marshall; her daughters, Brenda Lehan (Downing) and Leonna Driggers (Downing); her sisters, Susan 'Eileen Cupp and Doris Kennedy; and her sons, William Downing (Suzanne), David Downing (Janeth), Anthony Downing (Tony) and Bradley Downing. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 22 Great grandchildren.
