She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A. Steele and Novella D. Steele (Chapman); and her niece Christine Steele. She is survived by: her siblings, Doreen Wright (Ronald) and John C. Steele; her nieces, Natalie Wilkinson (William) and Stephanie Hutter (Joe); and her nephew Ronald Wright Jr.. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews; good friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Joan's name to the Licking County Humane Society.
