He was predeceased by: his grandfather Avon Wilkes; and his aunt Mary Wilkes. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Smith and Karen Smith (Wilkes); his wife Amanda Smith; and his siblings, Tiffany Bogle (Kenny), Tiffany Epp (Stephen) and Tyler Smith (Kahla). He is also survived by grandpa, Dave Hiss, nieces, nephews and many close friends.
