With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James H. Charles of Pataskala, Ohio, born in Jamestown, Ohio, who passed away on October 26, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Glenn and Dorothy Faye Charles (Ault); his brothers, Bob Charles and Dave Charles; and his in-laws, Ralph and Faye Schaffer.
He is survived by: his wife Teri Charles; his daughter Holly Boyer (Dave); his stepdaughters, Brandy Schwab (Dan) and Faith Harvell; his grandchildren, Jack (Julie), Ashley, Ben, Audrey, Wyatt and AJ; his great grandchildren, Abel, Alexis, Hayden and Lincoln; his siblings, Richard "Dick" Charles, Grace Halsey, Donna Tigner (Mike) and Bill Charles; and his close friend Rick Gilley (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
