He is survived by: his parents, Scott Ellis and Denise Ellis (DeBoer) of Pataskala; his sisters, Helena and Amelia; his grandparents, Stan, Patt Ellis of Menasha, WI, Wilma Hollander and Rick DeBoer of Wisconsin; and his aunts and uncles, Kara Gannon, Robin Carrales, Ryan Ellis (Elizabeth) and Troy Ellis.
