He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Pangilinan Ballard (Diminsil); his children, Anthony Frederick "Tony" Ballard and Anna Beatrice; his son-in-law Andrew Raymond Mayes; his sister Londa K. Wertman; and his niece Kristina R. Wertman.
