He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Bender and Eula Bender (Loveland); and his brother Leroy Bender (Cora). He is survived by: his wife Donna Bender; his children, Pamela Groves (Edward), Debra Barrett (Jeffrey) and Todd Bender (Shelley); his grandchildren, Tami, Bryan, Alyssa, Jessica (Jordan), Miranda (Tim), Morgan (Ian) and Mason; his great grandchildren, Kyla, Lanie, Preston, Julian, Carsen, Wyatt, Avery, Charlotte, Ethan, Ella and Elissa; and his great great grandchildren, Rowan and Linkoln. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
