He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest V., Sr. and Orpha M. Moorhead of Pataskala; and his wife Jean. He is survived by: his children, Daryl of Toledo, Connie Shaw (Robert) of Yorktown, Linda Moorhead Manganaro (John) of Pataskala and Michael (Dorothy) of Granville; and his sisters, Mary Mahorney of Coolville, Joyce Snyder of St. Jo and Alberta Munding (Donald) of Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.

Those who knew Ernie are aware that he was quick to be vaccinated from CoVid, and that he would be greatly saddened if any of his family or friends became ill as a result of attendance at his funeral.
