He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Eckard and Elizabeth Eckard; and his wife Mary Lou Eckard. He is survived by: his children, Buddy, Terry, Mary Napier (Dennis), Lynn Parman and Steve. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
