She is survived by: her son Conrad Hayes Jr.; her siblings, Carol Ann Blackburn (Jeff), Phyllis Cornell, Sandra Farthing, Duane, Brenda Kellison, James Kellison, Luther Kellison and Lenny; and her sister-in-law Tiffany Kellison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
