She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Chapman and Mabel Chapman (Nicodemus); and her sister Jane Starn. She is survived by: her husband Bob Wulfhorst; her daughter Jessica Neff (Mark); her grandchildren, Braeden and Brenna Neff; and her brother David Chapman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
