She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Sims and Mabel Sims (Yost); her husband Rex Ridge; her children, Dennis Ridge, Timothy Ridge and Cynthia Ridge; and her siblings, Robert "Don" Sims (Thelma), Max "Mick" Sims (Helen), Richard Sims (Betty), Marilyn Bisbee (Raymond), Dorothy Siferd (William), Marjorie Keel (Robert) and Virginia "Ginny" Ridge (Richard).
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn McCree of Westerville, Ohio; her daughter-in-law Barbara Ridge of Ashland, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Sean Ridge (Elizabeth) of Knoxville, TN, Tanya Blough (Christopher) of Ashland and Brandon McCree of Westerville, Ohio. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Carol's name to the donor's charity of choice.
