With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Tate (Pataskala, Ohio), born in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2017 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Burnworth and Ida Burnworth (Pelliccione); and her husband Michael. She is survived by: her sons, Jason (Shani) and Nicholas; her grandchildren, Connor, Caleb, Christian, Cory, Caroline Tate and Jackson Manning; and her siblings, David Burnworth (Robin Walcott) and Pam Conaway (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr., Suite 260 Columbus, OH 43231 in Barbara's memory.
