She was predeceased by: her husband William E. O'Neal Sr.; and her parents, George Wheeler and Dorthy Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Debra K. Gupko (Mark Gupko Sr.), Judy A. O'Neal, McArthur O'Neal (Diane R. O'Neal) and William E. O'Neal Jr. (Patricia L. Lyons); her grandchildren, Andrew Gupko, Mathew Gupko, Kylene Gupko, Mark Gupko Jr., Ryan O'Neal, Jessica O'Neal, Alysha O'Neal, Miranda O'Neal and Nicholas Lyons; and her siblings, Jack, Patricia, Phyllis, Joyce, Barney, Chester and Agness. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
