Boutell; his children, William J. Boutell (Tonya), Therese M. Rodriguez (Frank), David M. Boutell (Regina) and Brian J. Boutell (Danielle); his grandchildren, Corey, Stephany, Jasmyne, Jaqualine, Shane, Michael, Katelynn, Brian A., Alex, Emily and Alanna; his great grandchildren, Emmalyn, Shane Jr., Aubrey, Mauqise, Kaharii, Jayi'ana and Maurice Jr.; and his siblings, Russell Herdman (Adel), Ron Boutell (late Kathy), Tom Herdman (late Ching) and Lois Gressle (late David).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital.
